Does CCU offer any financial assistance?
We offer a tuition reduction program for those in need, please go to our website and click: Financial aid and Complete the “Financial Aid” application and send to our campus address. Each application will be review\Individually and the student will be send a letter of the decision.
What courses should I take?
Download the “CCU Catalog” locate your program And select a course from the upcoming module for your program

What do CCU course numbers mean?
100 – 500 level courses are Certificate and Bachelors level courses, 600 is Masters level courses and 700 is Doctorate level courses.
What course should I start with?
Most courses do not have course prerequisites so many courses can be taken as they are offered.
May I audit or take a course for non-credit?
Not at this time.
Do I have to complete the CCU application package to register for a class?
Yes, please download and complete the CCU Student Application.

Classes
Is my previous college coursework transferable?
Maybe, each student is different and has taken various education programs, therefore we request that you have your “Official Transcripts” sent to us within 30 days of enrollment so an “Official Evaluation” can be performed. You will be notified what courses were transferrable upon completion of your “Official Evaluation”.
What is the average class size?
Our average class size is about 15 students.
How many CCU courses may I take?
You may take up to 3 courses per module.
What if I am unable to finish the course?
You must notify CCU in writing to withdraw from a course. Please see “course withdrawal” policies in the catalog.
How do I find my grades?
Grade notification will be sent via email..
What if I need assistance during a course?
Notify your instructor via email and they will assist you.
How do I get textbooks?
Visit Classbook.com to order your textbooks.
Can I read through the course syllabus before I decide to enroll?
Please ask us before the course begins and we can provide the course syllabus, or wait until the course begins.
Is an online class learning environment right for me?
If you can put forth about 9 hours per week of study time and work independently, then the online process can be right for you!
Billing
How much does a CCU course cost?
Tuition is $100.00 per unit, most courses are 3 units. Tuition must be paid before or at the time the course begins unless other arrangements have been made

How can I pay my course tuition?
Credit card, money order , check, are acceptable payments and payments can be made via our website
What does it mean if I get a bill in the mail from CCU?
It usually means that you are registered for a course and have not paid yet.
Can I pay for courses in installments?
Only if you have completed a CCU Financial Aid Form” and have been approved for reduced tuition.
Is there any financial aid available?

What type of internet connection do I need?
56k or higher. As long as you can access the internet you should be fine.
